Vwtoyota Touchscreens is one of the leading sellers and installers of in-vehicle infortainment systems in Southern Africa. Although we Specialise in VW and Toyota units, there are very few vehicles that we don’t have a system for and our high sales volumes and long lasting relationships with our suppliers allows us to receive the best possible price which of course we pass onto our customers.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

One Year Warranty

All our items are brand new. We provide a 12 months warranty for all our products from the date of purchase.

Attention

1. Customer is responsible for the return of the unit to our shop. We will pay for sending the item back to customer for defective products which are returned within the warranty period. We provide repair service after warranty has lapsed but at a customer’s cost.
2. Vwtoyota Touchscreens PTY (Ltd) will not be liable for uninstalling/installing costs which customer may incur at independent fitment centres.

  1. Vwtoyota Touchscreens PTY (Ltd) will not refund but exchange/repair defective products

 Faulty unit within two months

We will not repair but exchange defective products which are returned within three months. Thereafter we will repair any defective units within the warranty period at no cost.

 Important note
The situation below does NOT meet the warranty policy requirements:

1. Defects as a result of negligence by customer

2. GPS cards/ maps (Third party apps)

3. Warranty seal is removed or damaged

4. Product is opened or repaired by unauthorized person.
