RETURN / REFUND POLICY
One Year Warranty
All our items are brand new. We provide a 12 months warranty for all our products from the date of purchase.
1. Customer is responsible for the return of the unit to our shop. We will pay for sending the item back to customer for defective products which are returned within the warranty period. We provide repair service after warranty has lapsed but at a customer’s cost.
2. Vwtoyota Touchscreens PTY (Ltd) will not be liable for uninstalling/installing costs which customer may incur at independent fitment centres.
- Vwtoyota Touchscreens PTY (Ltd) will not refund but exchange/repair defective products
Faulty unit within two months
We will not repair but exchange defective products which are returned within three months. Thereafter we will repair any defective units within the warranty period at no cost.
- Defects as a result of negligence by customer
- GPS cards/ maps (Third party apps)
- Warranty seal is removed or damaged
- Product is opened or repaired by unauthorized person.
